My first jobs were as a motor/motor cycle mechanic working on BMWs and Velocettes. Eventually reached the dizzy heights as a police vehicle mechanic at Hampton Garage. Moved into computing for about 6 years at what was then English Electric Leo Computers. Spent 9 years in local government project management. Then went back into computing with companies including ABS Computers (Portslade), UIS Ltd (Epsom), Capscan Ltd and Gultronics. Finished up selling services for Royal Mail (or Consignia)
Settled in Chessington for about 28 years until moving to Wick near Littlehampton (via Tadworth) in 2002. In January 2008 moved to Southwater near Horsham and then in July 2014 we moved to Storrington.
Followed Wimbledon FC from January 1977 and now supporting AFC Wimbledon.
Having rediscovered non-league football I now also enjoy the Surrey and Sussex football scene
In 2007-8 I collaborated with David Bauckham (Nomad) to produce the book

Terry Buckman sometimes known as LittlehampDon
Born September 1940, hobbies football, motor sport and photography. Married Pam in 1968, 3 children supposedly grown up, 3 lovely granddaughters and a grandson
I lived in Hampton, Middlesex for many years.
Went to Hampton Grammar School but couldn't really justify doing homework while The Goon Show was on. Most of my spare time was spent watching motor-cycle racing or going to local jazz clubs e.g. Eel Pie Island and Thames Hotel.
